Cassel & Cassel presentations at the 2020 WIND Conference

This past week,  Michael Casse l and Christy Brigman , presented at the Windstorm Insurance Network  ("WIND") 2020 Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Ms. Brigman, along with Erik Kleinman from K&A Mediation, Hugh Connolly from Stone, Glass ​and Connolly, and Lenox Godfrey from the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, presented on mediation strategies in wind claims.  Ms. Brigman shared her insight as a representative for policyholders as to the best methods for maximizing the odds of reaching favorable settlements in the mediation process.

Mr. Cassel, along with Amy Boggs from the Boggs Law Group, Fred Zinober from Zinober Diana, and John Riordan from Kelley Kronenberg, provided an update regarding changes to case law and legislation over the past year.  A copy of the PowerPoint presentation can be found below.

Michael A.
