Founded by Hillary Cassel and Michael Cassel, Cassel & Cassel, P.A., is a boutique firm dedicated solely to the representation of residential and commercial policyholders in property damage insurance claims from pre-suit assistance to litigation through trial.
Attorney Christy Brigman was formerly the Chief Litigation Counsel of a major Florida insurance company. She brings with her extensive knowledge of Florida law governing property insurance claims as well as keen insight into mindset of insurance carriers. Mrs. Brigman has focused her practice on first party property insurance litigation for the last six years. Prior to that time, she handled a variety of complex general liability and construction defect claims from inception through trial and appeal.
Mrs. Brigman earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology, with honors, from the University of Florida. She received a full scholarship to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University and earned her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2003. She is licensed to practice law throughout Florida and is admitted to the Federal Southern District of Florida.
